KSI vs. Dillon Danis Cancelled… Again. Shock Horror

Well, it wouldn’t be a Misfits card without some last-minute chaos, would it?

KSI vs. Dillon Danis — the circus act once again promoted as a serious fight — has officially been scrapped. Not postponed, not delayed, just ripped out of the lineup like it never existed. Why? Because KSI’s immune system waved the white flag.

“My Body’s Given Up, Man”

KSI, real name Olajide Olayinka Williams Otunji (say that three times fast), took to X to deliver the tragic news from his sickbed — wrapped in Sudafed, ibuprofen, and what he described as greenish-yellow goo.

“I’ve tried my hardest, but my body has legit just given up,” he said, sounding like a man on his third hour of daytime telly.

Apparently, he’s been battling this mutant cold for three weeks — coughing, aching, sinuses in revolt, all while “feeling useless” and “depressed.” Honestly, it sounds rough… but this is Misfits Boxing. Nobody expects discipline. Just memes and delays.

A Cursed Fight from the Start

Originally, this bout was meant to be KSI vs… Wayne Bridge. Yes, the ex-footballer. That blew up after some awkward John Terry gossip resurfaced during their face-off (you can’t make this stuff up). So in stepped Dillon Danis, the MMA agitator who spends more time online than in actual training camps.

And now that’s off too. Again.

Danis Claps Back (Obviously)

Naturally, Danis couldn’t help himself. He posted a screenshot of KSI’s now-awkward old tweet — “You’re right, I don’t pull out of fights” — with the caption:

“This aged well.”

KSI, not one to let it slide, fired back:

“I haven’t pulled out you cretin. It’s postponed. Your punishment is just getting delayed.”

Ah yes. Nothing screams elite boxing rivalry like two social media millionaires arguing about antibiotics on X.

What’s Left?

MF & DAZN X Series 21: Unfinished Business (lol) will carry on without its so-called headliner. And while the undercard will likely continue to feature shirtless influencers swinging with zero head movement, the main attraction is now a case of “to be continued” — assuming no one else catches a cold.

Final Thought

In the end, KSI’s return from the Tommy Fury schooling will have to wait. Again. Because in influencer boxing, the fights are optional, but the drama? Always guaranteed.

So grab some Lemsip, turn on the stream, and lower your expectations accordingl
