Darren Till Scrapes Past Stewart In Bloody Slugfest – Mansilla Shocks Price, Mitchell Smokes Virgo

By Tim Smith - 05/17/2025 - Comments

Darren Till went eight hard rounds with Darren Stewart in a messy, bruising main event on Friday night in Derby — and somehow came out with the win.

The scores read 77-74, 77-74, and 77-73 in Till’s favor. But it was anything but straightforward.

Till looked sharp in the first two rounds, bullying Stewart and forcing him around the ring. But by Round 3, the gas tank started fading. Stewart stormed back, dragging Till into exchanges and cutting him open over the eye in Round 4.

From there, it turned into a brawl. Stewart had Till on the ropes in Round 6 and busted him up with shots through a tight guard. Till rallied late, landing a brutal left in the final seconds of Round 8 to drop Stewart and steal momentum back.

It was close. It was violent. And it got loud.

Stewart left with a swollen face. Till left with a win — barely.

Mansilla Comes From Behind, Flattens Price In Final Round

Ckari Cani Mansilla looked like he was about to drop a decision. Then he turned the lights off.

Dylan Price was coasting — up on the cards, boxing well, controlling range. But in Round 8, one jab set the trap and one right hand landed flush on the chin. Price dropped like a rock and barely made it to a knee before the ref waved it.

It was a shocking finish. Mansilla had been behind all night. He just needed one opening — and he found it.

Ty Mitchell Blasts Virgo In Three, No Answers From ‘The Bodybreaker’

Ty Mitchell walked through Idris Virgo and shut him down in three brutal rounds.

Virgo had no answers. Mitchell, a rangy southpaw, battered him with clean shots until the third, where he trapped him in a corner and let loose. Ref didn’t wait. Waved it off at 2:58.

Mitchell made a statement. Virgo looked lost.

Anderson, Banjo Score Brutal Knockouts

Amir Anderson stayed perfect, stopping Ernesto Olvera at 1:30 of Round 3 after trapping him on the ropes and landing clean until the ref had no choice but to step in.

Jordan Banjo made his pro debut and dropped Will Anderson in Round 4 after walking him down for three rounds. The ref had seen enough. KO win for Banjo.

Demoor Survives Knockdown, Flattens Tolman Late

Chase Demoor ate canvas early but rallied back to stop Tanner “Tank” Tolman in Round 3. Tolman dropped Demoor in Round 2 with a clean right. Moments later, Demoor returned the favor.

In the third, Demoor landed another right and Tolman went down hard. Ref waved it off immediately. Wild scrap.
